昨天一整天頭都是暈乎乎的,
連躺著也暈,坐著也暈,
晚上女兒👧幫忙買晚餐時,
她想到我應該是體內電解質失衡,
(平常有努力喝水到3000ml)
所以立刻幫我買了一瓶運動飲料補充一下。
(想想最近一年都沒喝過運動飲料了)
