Empty batteries on both scales... No way to know my weight today. I think water weight is back. What else? I do not feel as good as yesterday morning. Having only liquid meals today, feeling thirsty all time. Can't stay at home... I will go the nearby pharmacy to buy "medicina" (as HCB suggested ;) ) and to the supermarket around the corner to buy some veggies. My fridge is packed with meat and eggs, but I feel like having soup for dinner. My family doctor told me again to eat more red meat and egg yolks and vitamin C. I lack iron in my blood, but if it were for him, I would be eating eggs at every single meal.
