Woot! I managed to run 6 miles in 75 mins this evening!! Only a month ago, I couldn't run more than 1 minute on the treadmill! I'm v. proud of myself. Well mostly... I'm also feeling very sorry for myself with the throbbing pain in my legs from the running. My good friends Ben and Jerry comforted me though. Why couldn't I have taken an Ibuprofen instead for the pain, like any normal person! LOL
