are you all sticking to 3 cups of salad max a day? I love salad for lunch and dinner but am afraid to have too much. Like to increase it though! And several people mention cabbage, is that a good carb?

I have found that cabbage is high in carbs although it has a lot of fiber in the beginning I was eating it with every meal and losing wonderfully but I have now cut it out as I think it was one of my culprits for weight gain and slow down. I only eat one salad a day usually for lunch and that's it
