jd bb dulu 60kg, diet trs gym, sempet 43kg omg skinny bgt ga ada otot akhrnya skrg bb 49/50kg gt. akhrnya belajar2 trs, cb homeworkout, cb 20fit jg. sbnrnya skrg jg msh banyak PR sm msh hrs nuntut ilmu. semangat semuanya. konsisten dan atur pola makan!
