Every morning the same thoughts run by. The basics of wellbeing is a good blood flow. Stressors can hinder flow. Most often I met business owners, managers and teachers when I went to get massage. One teacher came in while I was there, nearly in tears begging to get massage, even though all therapists was busy.

Haven't seen life from this angle before. Certainly made me more aware of good flow. Also feel appreciation for the Chinese culture that allow time for the workers to do stretching and bending together every day.

As time go by with my newly adopted 易筋經 (Yi Jin Jing) loosen up my stiffness from a high stress job. Notice things like getting a closer relationship to various muscle groups.

Sport has never really been an interest, but on the fundament of good foods primary, life has taken on a new direction. The good foods provided a wellness that brought interest into moving the body more.
