"Sorry, I am allergic to refined carbs. They give me a terrible obesogenic appetite"

Building defence to protect my normal BMI and normal appetite. Eat a fairly small portion when hunger calls. Not much is needed when the food is rich in good fats and proteins.

Rosio19. It may sound weird, but sugar altered my brain. My perception of portions changed. I've run my body and mind sugarless for two years and the contrast was very noticeable. Jekyll and Hyde scene. I feel grateful for having had this recent gain. Thought me a lot about what I need to do to maintain weight well.

Rosio19 Can mention that two times I finished nearly a gallon yoghurt within a day. It was just crazy. In my mind, yogurt was healthy. I started to use big dinner plates, because I do sport. Nuts. Then after I felt depression because I had no control. Wanted to eat when not hungry.

Yes, that’s the problem eating for simply eating. Yes if you have no control, i understand you avoiding it.
