某天也是狂吃外食,體重也是降很多,可,規律吃水煮算計的,反而升體重,

@AleanLu 也許當下的熱量沒有立即反映在體重上吧(?)唉唷算了啦~反正都吃了就別想太多🐷🐷🐷(難怪瘦身一直失敗🤣🤣勿模仿)

@laimay 說到欺騙餐,是不是只適合有在重訓的人阿?我沒去健身,可是每天的熱量都嚴重超標(像昨天就多出了1500..)這樣感覺不是欺騙餐了🤣🤣🐷

有時候吃越少 就越來越難減 突然一頓大餐好像再減就會比較容易 (本身經驗)
