Case against carbohydrates.
Obese people are nutritionally deficient I heard in my early days of my recent weight loss, going from Obese Class III to Normal Weight.
I did not understand this at the time. How could that be true? We eat a lot.
It took time to get an understanding of why we as obese actually are nutritionally deficient.
The road to obesity for sure contain two vital elements. Grains that absorb nutrition from the other foods we eat, and leave us deficient. This thief of nutrition makes the body constantly hungry. Secondly Fructose that destroy our normal appetite. Instead of normal fullness, we judge by stomach stretch.
There is one Macro that is not essential for excellent health, and that is carbohydrates. I've lived a year without them, and get to experience a body that loves sport. Never had that before, not even as an overweight kid.
On my current stumbling into normal weight maintenance, these things stand as my #1 priority in mind. Several other factors are at play, and I take notes on the way.
