Whittling, whittling down that weight.
I KICKED MY OWN ASS this weekend and it felt great! I pushed the treadmill and weights on Saturday. I did P90X yoga and the ab portion of p90x afterwards. OUCH but good ouch.
I wanted to work out today but I got really busy with wedding crap. I think I'm going to start the day with running and weights and then end it with yoga. That way I stay on my normal schedule. PLUS my hubby comes home at the end of the week and I REALLY want to take Sunday of to play with him all day!!!
GOD I MISS HIM!
OK...off to bed. Here is promise to get up at 630 and hit the exercise room. Now I have to do! Accountability...that's why I love this site!
