Hey yall. I just started my weight loss journey yesterday 7/25/2010. I'm super excited about the next few months. I feel like I just might make a sustainable change in my life this time around. Lord knows I'm ready for it. I just have to stay disciplined and do whatever it takes to keep my motivation. I know its not gonna be easy but in the end it will definitely be worth it.
