hari ke 2 OR, tabata, kemarin 30 menit, hari ini nambah jd 45 menit tabata..

capek, tp dinikmati aja deh..

belum berani timbang..tunggu seminggu dulu deh baru nimbang...

semoga bisa turun bb nya..
