Need to get back in to the gym and build some muscle instead of opting for the treadmill because I’m comfortable running 🏃‍♀️

Oh dear. I'm the same, lol ... i love my treadmill! I also tell myself "well I'm in a weight loss challenge so i don't want to put on muscle as it weighs more"... lol
