I have had a battle with my physical and mental health over the past 4.5 years for a few reasons, one being my Mirena IUD, which I had removed yesterday. Hopefully this is the beginning of me getting my life and health back on track.
I was clearly feeling very industrious today because after my belly dance class I went and did 24 minutes on the treadmill. I also noticed that they recently started offering Zumba classes at my gym, so I'm quite excited to go to that tomorrow and see what all the fuss is about.
I ate ok today, although more carbs and less fruit/veges than I should have -_-
Either way, I hope this is the start of a good thing.
