Hi, Although I haven't been commenting, I have been following your progress. I wonder why you're weighing yourself and reporting just about every day. I found that doing that could be discouraging so I weighed in every two weeks or so. I guess each of us has to do it her/his own way, but I hope you don't get discouraged when the scale doesn't say what you want it to say.

I don't weigh daily, I haven't weighted in since July 29th, I do agree that weights daily is to much. I try to post often, mostly journal and food journals.. I wish you a ton of luck on your journey too!
