Recently I had my metabolic rate tested. Apparently my RMR is 1851 cals per day. I rarely eat this many calories in a day. Essentially I have been starving myself for years by not meeting my basic metabolic needs, not to mention the addition of workouts. I have not been able to lose weight and I guess this is the reason. It has been a struggle to retrain myself to eat more each day.
