hopefully this is for the 26 of september.

have any of you been watching the biggest looser i have its getting really intense and i love it cause tonight after i watched it it got me so pshiked up i did 2 miles tonight go me. and i am soo hopeing i get below 200 before i go home in 3 days i am so going to try and do it love to all shelly.

yeah, I'm watching the biggest loser too ... I like the fact that they have the black team along with the red and blue this time. It's kind of sad though but I think, hey ...if they can exercise looking like that ... then I shouldn't complain, ya know? Way to go on 2 miles!!!

I watched it last night. I cried when they cried. I am getting sensitive in my old age. Good job Shelly on you weight loss. You stay so positive through everything. I hope you can get below 200lbs before you leave but if you don't you will still have time to do it when you return. You may even do it while you are on vacation. Surprise us girl!
