I dont think that trying to follow the ww diet is helping me. I can't stick to the plan. when it comes to food I just want to eat what I want without giving up the taste. And that is the reason that I am over weight. I put a new action plan in, I am going to join my unemployee'd friend everyday after work to due a min. of 1 hour of jogging a day. I want to stop hoping that I am going to lose weight, and really would like to lose weight.

good for you, it's good to associate yourself with people who will help push you to be active. i need to find a work out buddy now.

I haven't found someone that I can completely depend on being there unless I pick them up and call them and make all the plans. it just gets boring when it's always my ideas.
