I dont think that trying to follow the ww diet is helping me. I can't stick to the plan. when it comes to food I just want to eat what I want without giving up the taste. And that is the reason that I am over weight. I put a new action plan in, I am going to join my unemployee'd friend everyday after work to due a min. of 1 hour of jogging a day. I want to stop hoping that I am going to lose weight, and really would like to lose weight.
