Untuk tips dietnya
Saya cuma defisit kalori, hari2 nya makan clean food 70-80% dan fun food 20-30%
Olahraga teratur, di awal 5 bulan saya kardio dan di bulan ke 6 sampai skrg saya lift weight.
Yg asal mau sabar dan konsisten pasti bisa, saya dari 108,8 ke 78,5 aja bisa, knpa kalian nggak 😁
