Up, down! Up, down! Just call me yo-yo. My fat cells are against me. Oh well. I think the only way I'm going to lose these last 5 lbs. is to exercise...consistently. I hate to jump around, because my chest feels like it's having an out of body experience. It feels like they are dragging me down when I do my Turbo Jam! I just have to suck it up and work out. Ugh!
