Stuck sudah hampir 5 bulanan di 55-56 kg
Tanpa tau brp persentase lemak dan otot (pdhl kepengen bgt tau tapi di tempat gym ku gak ada alatnya)
Makan amat sangat flexible,angkat beban kalo lagi sibuk cm 1x seminggu. Jd jika km stuck BB tenang gaez smngt trs
