I lost really slow on week 2. but it was that time of month~ now on week 3 the weight is starting to come off. just hang in there and it will work. I eat ALOT .. but I eat what I am allowed.. except the nuts ugggg .. these are poison from me, I can't just eat 15.. I eat handfuls.. so I try not to buy them.. Then I convince myself I will eat just 15.. what a lie!!! hahaha good luck!!! * Struck*
