Yesterday was my birthday and I have made the decision to lose 100 lbs by my next birthday. That is going to be a real challenge since I am an emotional eater and a very stressful person.
134.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 66.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
