Alright, after my up last bad weigh in, I'm ready for today. I've worked out Sun, Mon, Wed, and played 18 holes of golf on Tuesday. (That's gotta count for something. I was hurting the next day!) This morning, on my scale at home, I weighed in at 179 lbs. If I can be anywhere near there tonight when I go in, I will be happy. One thing that I have started to do is only have one Lite bar a day. My other Lite has been the soup or drink instead. They are lower in calories, and still get in the protein. (60cal soup as opposed to 160cal in a bar)

We'll see how it goes tonight, but I'm hoping for a good result. I really want to be under 180!

Good for you exercising! I know that will and probably has made such a huge difference in your weight loss. If you weighed at 179 this morning you will probably be up atleast a pound and a half if you go in this afternoon after you have eaten. But don't be disappointed if thats the case. That's just how it works. Good luck tonight!

I have started to keep a food journal on another site and it is amazing the number of calories I take in when I follow plan to a T. No wonder I am not losing. After I return from my trip next week I will analyze further and see where I can make lower cal substitutions as well. Great idea!!!

Kelly, I tried using the lite drink, the stawberry kiwi with diet cherry 7-up and it was really, really good, and I did lose weight. I might go back to doing that as well and see if that works, I just like the chocolate bars two times a day....it is all in my head. I bet you are under 180.
