8/19早餐簡單做了2份氣炸全麥三明治(1人1份),光一份下肚配無糖豆漿,就撐到現在3點多都還沒感到肌餓,抹一層超厚的自製酪梨醬果然很有用,看飽足感能撐到幾點,希望能撐到晚餐不用吃🤣中午只喝一杯7-11換的免費四季春茶-無糖,另一杯免費的四季春茶晚上再帶回家慢慢喝😘不用錢的最好喝😄😘
