Well i am actually pleased that it didnt show a gain, as i ate out 3 times in the past few days. keep on keeping on!
91.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

We are at the same weight! And it's funny you commented about eating out and not gaining. I was also surprised to not show a gain after my weekend of eating out and making poor choices. I saw in your profile that you have a problem with sweets like I do. I allowed myself 3 cookies this weekend, so I've got to be careful. Hope you and I both do better this week!
