Can anyone tell me what the best Indian food is for someone watching their calories? I love Indian food and there is a market on the weekends where vendors have fresh food for sale. I bought vegetable paratha and pumpkin paratha, and fresh baked tandoori naan. i got palak paneer, chicken tikka masala, and some hummus. when i track it in the app it is all pretty high calorie. and i am just guessing on the calories by choosing something listed in the app generally. suggestions for next time i go shopping there?

Watch out for the fried foods, but I find small amounts of Indian food really satisfying. Even with some rice, they can be part of weight loss. Measure the amount of whatever you are eating if you can. I guess at my calories for Indian and eat little or lighter during the day if I’m having it for dinner. Still losing! Good luck!
