Hy teman2 untuk lthan pantat aku Banyakin deadlife sama squat skrng ini body fat aku ada di 18,8 % ini udah cukup bgt buat cwe tapi aku masih mau turunin jadi 15 % biar ototnya keliatan semngat olahraga

Squat itu kalo trunnya gak full kenaknya paha depan tapi kalo kita sampek jongkok full kena pantat dan tergantung lebar posisi kaki
