Good luck! I used to eat a breakfast sandwich in the morning. The eggs and cheese with the bread helped keep me full until lunch time. 💕💕💕 you didn’t overeat yesterday. Weight will fluctuate based on water, undigested food, even the clothes. Don’t worry you got this! Try different foods to see what works with your body to keep you full.
