Yay, now onto a new goal weight! I love this "Fat Secret " program! I can indulge one day and balance out the next day. It allows me flexibility, which is key for me. Along with my Fit Bit I can track my calories burned and calories eaten to keep me honest. I guess I'm a bean counter at heart.
