Resepnya : 3 sdm oatmeal, 1 telur ayam, saos tiram secukupnya, garam/kecap asin secukupnya, hrs nya bawang bombay tp ak adanya brokoli hehee. Karena ak suka pedas jadi ak tambahin lada. Untuk kalori nya kurang tau ak hehee, Kyknya skitar 200-300an kalori

blm kayaknya hehee, tapi ak ga abis makan saosnya karena ternyata tanpa saosnya aja udah enak, berasaa bumbunya,, kirain bakalan hambar tenyata tidak hehee
