@najma bantu jawab, boleh kokk. apalagi klo kamu masih sekolah/masa pertumbuhan, gapapaa.. kalo diet/defkal itu jgn takut makan, dibawa santai aja,yg pnting ttp kekontrol ga surplus heheh😁😃
