I'm terrible for not login in every week, but sometimes I get frustrated for not losing as much weight as I would like in a week..so I'd rather see a bigger number of shed pounds when I log in 2 or 3 weeks later...in any case, I am extremely happy of the progress I've made and yesterday I fit into jeans I had not worn in ages...so yuppy!
Oh and Im no longer following the south beach diet...how do I change that in my profile?
