first full day of 100% sticking to points yesterday (kebab and yum cha failures friday and saturday). i ate pretty well too and didnt feel particularly deprived, especially after the egg, cheese and bacon mountain wrap at 11pm (dinner time on a shan schedule). also have a very light period which is a good thing i think since i had mirena removed.
