I weighed in this morning at 183.0. Just 3 more pounds to go for my goal of 180 then it's off to my next goal.... 160lbs, then to my last and ultimate goal of 140lbs and that's with lots of muscle.
I'm hoping that getting to 160lbs is much smoother than I've recently displayed. I'm in a weight loss challenge on FB for the next 6 weeks. Let's see if I can do this!
