This is the second day that I have remained on program (phase 2-can't seem to handle phase 1). However, today was a high calorie day, but legal in every sense. I'm proud however that I was able to stick for 2 days. One day at a time, right? Have lots of family stress and my mouth pain has turned out not to be a result of recent surgery but due to stress. I bought a mouth piece to wear at night and whenever I am alone at the dentis't suggestion. I'm hoping that getting serious about SB and exercising will improve my mood and destress me. Ug to negativity. I hope I can sleep it off tonight, for there is truly nothing I can do about all the family goings on except NOT TAKE IT IN. Easier said than done. Thanx for reading.

Good job sticking with it. One day at a time, even 15 min. at a time (old weight watchers trick).. tell yourself if you want it .. you will eat it in 15 min... when the 15 min is up...tell yourself the same thing again. Stress is such a big factor in causing us to make bad decisions about food/drink/exercise. They say taking a walk and exercise is good. I've tried it and it works, the problem is getting yourself to actually DO IT. Glad you at least found out what was causing your mouth pain, now you can take care of it. about your sleep... My hubby said something very wise... he said that problems always seem bigger at night but when you wake up in the morning they always seem more manageable. That seemed so true to me! Hang in there gal, you're on the right track now.
