Yay! Even though I ate more than I should have at dinner, I don't feel that bad about it because I went for my longest run ever today... 5.5 miles in 45-ish minutes (about an 8-minute pace!!). I am so excited. I felt so good after, even though I was exhausted. It was the greatest feeling of accomplishment, PLUS the fact that I knew I'd just burnt a lot of calories, haha. So my new goal is to run 6 miles by the end of the week, which I don't think should be a problem physically; finding time will be the tricky part.
But anyway, tomorrow morning I'm going to do a bunch of arm/core work before I work (8 hours of teaching swim lessons and lifeguarding... ICK.) I am noticing a bit of jiggle around my lower back, and I DO NOT LIKE IT! So I want it to go away.
Also, going out for sushi/movie tomorrow with a good friend who is training for his first Iron Man (!). Sushi is pretty healthy, and I never eat anything at movies, so it should be a good day calorie-wise.
Feeling good in general, now if only the extra fat would leave!
