man oh man, what a weekend!
I did really well, food wise. And i worked out Saturday morning, i actually got up at 6:30 to run at the park (gotta beat the heat!)
Well Sunday morning i weighed in at 139.2, which is what i weighed in last Sunday, but it had spiked back up to 140.8 by monday. Well this morning i weighed in at 138.8!! Hopefully it sticks.
