Ugh. I forgot, in my haste to quit coffee, that coffee is a natural appetite suppressant. I ate my snack this morning, but the only thing I had for one this afternoon was an Atkins bar in my bag. Which I then ate. I guess this is one way to find out if they "like" me or not. If this morning's weigh in was any indication, the Muffins in a Minute do not.

Hey and good day 910, Atkins says coffee is good for ya, even on Induction. No need to quit if you don't want to! Each day, drink at least eight 8-ounce portions of approved beverages: water, club soda, herb teas, or moderation—caffeinated or decaffeinated coffee and tea. This will prevent dehydration and electrolyte imbalances. In this count, you may include two cups of broth (not low sodium), one in the morning and one in the afternoon. ~ tig

My weigh ins are on Saturday morning. So I only allow myself a muffin in a minute on Sunday or Mondays..... so it's out of my system come weigh in day. :)

Martinigirl987, I like the way you think! <3 Iamtig: I couldn't do it. I'm back on the caffeine. I was off for only five days, and I felt slow-witted. That's a deal breaker!

TOA909, yeah, I drink my coffee. Cannot give it up and since there is no dietary reason to give it up, I won't. I don't use the MiM's or the Atkin's bars, since they both cause me to stall big time!
