Well iv'e had a couple of high calorie days especially on sat, I went 124% over my RDI but still had a deficit, only 384 calories but still there. 5 pints of beer and a good ole fashioned lancashire hotpot did it, but once in a while is ok I guess, back at it today with the tweaks to my numbers so I should see when I weigh in on friday morning to find out if it is going to work.
