我只要稍微饿两天肚子,运动量还大的话,每次上称测的时候绝对是骨骼肌掉,体脂增。如果每天都有正常吃饭,还掉秤的情况下秤,骨骼肌一般不变(除非天天练腿了骨骼肌会涨),体脂才会掉。
