Morning weight. Eating at 2650 kCal on Active days. Decided to keep kCal the same on Active Rest days. Active Rest days aiming for low carb, 30%F with Protein maintenance 40/30/30 These 2-a-days are intense! Didn't get the same burn as first week but felt DOMS in my arms this week. Going with 4 weeks on and 1 week DELOAD. Moving onto my 3rd week today. Going to stick to current kCal for now. High possibility of increase next week. Noticed I'm losing waist size as well. Seems like my 30 waist pants are not staying up anymore...
