Still in a mood... I did drag myself to the gym last night though and did another 8 miles on the elliptical... I know it's not a full work out but it's alot better then not doing anything... I also did some squats and the plank when I got home before I got in the shower... I'm pretty sore today...

I still feel fat and tired... I didn't sleep well... and I definitely don't want to be at work right now... something tells me this feeling is going to linger for awhile... I'm sorry I'm not commenting more on other people's journals lately... I'm just kind of anti-social at the moment... I hope everyone is having a nice week so far though and that everyone's diets are going according to plan :)

I'm sorry your feeling down =( I hope you start feeling better soon!!! Good job on doing the 8 miles! Not a full work out? Umm I consider 2 miles a full work out lol So you did awesome!!

Sometimes you just need some LKR time. It's even recommended (by some people and not by others, but then again what isn't) to take a week off every few months, let your body recover and just pamper your self. Now, don't go hog wild and blast out the Irish Car Bombs like it's 1987, but just treat yourself right, and love all the wonderful things about yourself. It'll get better LKR, and when you come back, we'll be here. :) -HH
