Sometimes you just need some LKR time. It's even recommended (by some people and not by others, but then again what isn't) to take a week off every few months, let your body recover and just pamper your self. Now, don't go hog wild and blast out the Irish Car Bombs like it's 1987, but just treat yourself right, and love all the wonderful things about yourself. It'll get better LKR, and when you come back, we'll be here. :) -HH
