small banana
1 cup of coffee with two package of splenda and two cream

1 bottled water

small salad (lettuce, tomatoe, shredded carrots
skimmed the top of two pepperoni pizza slices (did not eat the bread part of the pizza
8 oz diet coke

1 bottled water

ok; now I know what to enter in my journal. I messed up by putting in what I had to eat today. So yea; I am fat. I am going to work on it now that I am off chemo which by the way made me gain weight not loose it. So I am taking the plunge and I hope this will work for me too.
