I really tried to be good, I thought a seafood restaurant may have some healthy food... what was I thinking??? I live in TX, which is the south, which means its all sweet tea and fried food! The only non-fried vegetable they had was salad. I should have just ordered the grilled chicken salad, but I figured grilled fish would be ok. What's worse is that even though I asked for no butter, it was soaked! I should have just sent it back, but I ate half of one fillet before even thinking of soaking up the butter with a napkin. I had no idea how many ounces a fillet would be either, so I just ate both since I had so few veggies to eat. I went over my calorie allowance by a little bit. :( I'm not flipping out, I'm not even overly worried, I am just disappointed in myself for not choosing better or just eating one of the 2 fillets. I feel so gross and bloated now. I think the high amount of fat made my stomach churn and kind of gave me a headache. Oh well. We'll see what the scale has to say about it tomorrow.
