daun hijau: pokcoy + daun kale.
buah: belimbing + pear
tips:
mix sayur: smua yg brwarna hijau ambil daunnya aja. Jangan sawi hijau ya soalnya agak pahit hheu,
mix buahnya: buah pembersih usus misal nanas, blimbing, stroberi, kiwi, pepaya,dll + buah yg manis bisa apel, melon, semangka, pear, pisang, dll.
