well I ve kept myself busy all day and Ithink this is the key!
I had a nibble at dinner but not stopped to think about FOOD
but I do feeel stuffed after loads o vegies for tea!
I m defo not going on the scales as they keep going up n down and when they are up I m depressed and then I over eat cos I ve gained ! anybody else do that?
