itu nasi 200 g di tumis sm garam lada hitam sm bwng bombay. syur brokoli @50g direbus aja dan tahu 115g d hancurin d bumbuin kecap ikan, garam, lada hitam sm seledri. Tomatnya diiris dan panggang pke teflon.
itu hampir gk pke minyak karena pake teplon. Pinter2 plating aja biar appetizing. Meskipun rasanya basic banget kalo bagus platingnya nafsu makannya biar naek juga
