sampe juga di BMI 20,6.. percaya pada proses.. jangan percaya sama yg instant.. karna seinstant2nya mie instant, tetep ada prosesnya.. terus belajar.. terus pahami tubuh.. hargai tubuh dengam memasukan apa yg tubuh butuhkan, bukan sekedar apa yg diinginkan
