Down 2 more. Almost recovered from the weekend. I am taking my daughter to see Disney on Ice tonight so not sure how the dinner thing will go. Won't have time to eat before and I am sure all they will have at the concessions will be pizza, hot dog, ect...so we'll see. Hopefully I can hold off until I get home.
My husband is going today for his re-check on his cholesterol and BP. He has lost 20 lbs. since his last check-up, so hopefully it has made a good improvement on his Chol. and BP numbers. I will keep you posted when i hear his results.
